This page is only to add a passanger to an existing registration. If you have not registered the driver, please click here.
Prices below are for online registration only.
Online registration closes on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 at midnight.
Once online registration closes, registration will take place at the event and a late fee will be applied.
If you have multiple groups and people coming with you, EVERY DRIVER MUST complete an entry form with just their passengers.
(For example, if there are two UTVs in your group, you must fill out two complete registrations for the driver of each UTV and his/her passengers in their UTV)
All Weekend Entry:
(Includes Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
$150 All Weekend Passenger Entry Includes
Guided trail rides, event t-shirt, two breakfasts, one dinner, one raffle ticket and cornhole tournament.
Add-ons:

One & Two Day Entry:

Note: One day entry's do not include meals, event t-shirts, or a free raffle ticket but all can be purchased separately.

Passenger Details
Registration for 12 years old and younger is free but does not include meals, raffle ticket or an event t-shirt. Meals for our under age guests can be purchased separately. Additional event t-shirts can be purchased for $20 each. All passengers regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. All passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.
A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds will be issued up to the day the online pre-registration closes which is 9 days before the event start date (excluding the $25 per person non-refundable). If you need to cancel after the 9th day, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
